Acquiring Service

Whether you are getting service established for the first time or are moving from one residence to another in our service area, you'll need to come by our offices at 1313 S. Tennessee Avenue in Etowah. Be sure to have the following information with you so that the process is as quick and easy as possible:

Picture Identification;
Your Social Security Number: Must be verified.
Complete service address;
Your telephone number; and
A rent receipt from owner
(if renting; subject to verification)

Deposit and Connection Fees

Deposits
	1 Service	$100.00
	2 or more services	$200.00

Connection Fees
	One service	$15.00
	Two services	$25.00
	Three services	$35.00


Example: Electric only = $115.00, Electric and Water = 225.00
Electric, Water, Gas = $235.00
